Flat Chats: 5pm - 9pm; All University of Birmingham Residence Halls; During Welcome, students just like you will come and say hello. We'll check to see how you are settling in and answer any questions you may have, so your transition to university is as smooth as it can be 😊🏘️💚.

Autumn Elections Manifesto Drop-in Session: 10:30am - 11:30am; Reception, Guild of Students; Don't know where to start? Come along for an informal chat with a member of staff.

Netball Taster: 1pm - 2pm; Bournbrook Pitches; Come along to our taster and see what Wednesday training is all about!

BWEMS Fresher's Event: 7pm - 9pm; Medical School; A nice evening of introductions, quizzes and free pizza to get to know our society!

MathSoc Family Bowling: 7:45pm - 10pm; Broadway Plaza, Ladywood Middleway, Birmingham B16 8EQ; Freshers and Parents, join us in our first official family social event of the year! Compete against other families in a round of bowling. May the best family win!

Tour of Birmingham City Centre: 1pm - 4pm; Birmingham City Centre; Welcome to LATAM UOB, We will be running a tour of Birmingham city centre to introduce many of you to the iconic British city and help you out for future reference as a student here. Expect to meet new people and to make new friends, Nos vemos!

Board Game Café Trip (Sliced N Diced): 2pm - 5pm; 850 Bristol Road, Selly Oak, B29 6HW; Join us for a trip to the wonderful board game café, Sliced N Diced, on Saturday 4th October. Located in Selly Oak (B29 6HW), Sliced N Diced is a place to enjoy board games, food and drink all at the same time!

Tue 7th October

Games Night: 7pm - 9pm; University House 108; Come for our first sober social of the year! We'll be playing board games and will be serving warm drinks and biscuits.

Thu 9th October

Games and Quizzes!: 5pm - 7pm; Mermaid Bar; Come along and try out our cheese-themed quizzes, games, books, and more! If that's not your speed, we have cheese and drinks, and you can grab a table in the corner and chat or make some friends. Feel free to come and go as you please!

Thu 16th October

Sip and Paint: 5pm - 7pm; Mermaid Bar; Want a relaxed afternoon? Come and paint, eat cheese, crackers, and cordial, and relax while you paint/draw. As usual, you can always play some games or just have a chat with some snacks! Come and go as you please!
