Join us on our first retreat, happening at Yoga Borne Studios this 6th and 13th December! It's an opportunity to immerse yourself in a day of yoga like a dynamic flow and Yin Yoga as well as meditative journalling and sound healing sessions, all while getting to know your fellow yogis in the society :) It's the perfect way to end off the semester while exploring new styles of yoga not usually taught in our classes at the guild.
All classes will be suitable for all levels, so don't be afraid to sign up even if you've never done yoga before! Lunch and snacks will also be provided and you are welcome to bring your own, although please note not to bring in any meat products into the space. A full list of things to prepare will be sent out to all attendees nearing the retreat so that you can prepare everything you might need ahead of time.
