How to book a collection timeslot:
Please review the 'tickets section' to see available dates and times to collect a parcel. Once you've found a time that works for you, 'buy' your free ticket.
To do this, select 'buy' under your preferred ticket. Scroll up to go to your basket, double check you have selected the correct ticket and if you are happy with your selection, click 'Proceed to Checkout'. You'll then be prompted to enter any dietary requirements you have. Once you've answered this question, click 'confirm' to finalise your booking.
You will receive an email to your student email address to confirm your collection time and date, as well as details on where to collect.
What if I can't make any of these times / dates?
The tickets you see on this page indicate the times that our staff are guranteed to be available to facilitate collection slots. However, if you are in urgent need of accessing a food parcel before any of the available dates, please contact communitypantry@guild.bham.ac.uk and we will try our best to find an alternative time for you.
