Student Reps are students on your course who have volunteered to gather feedback from your cohort and raise it to the University. They do this at Student Staff Forums or ‘SSF’ meetings, all to ensure your feedback is acted upon and that you have the best possible experience on your course!
You said, you would like to track the progress of your feedback.
So, we’re pleased to announce the launch of our ‘Tell Your Rep’ platform, closing the feedback loop and making it easier to see your requested changes in action.
But how does this work?
All you have to do is visit the Tell Your Rep platform on the Guild Website where you can submit feedback directly to your Student Rep. The system lets you categorise the type of feedback, making it easier for your Student Rep to collate lots of feedback from your cohort across common themes.
Not only this, but using our digital system, students are able to submit feedback at any time to their Student Rep instead of waiting to be contacted. Reps will be able to see all the feedback in one place and organise it by theme and speak to you directly about your feedback.
You’ll also be notified any time the status of your feedback changes, for example when an item has been taken to an SSF, so you can directly see your feedback in action.
So, what are you waiting for? Tell Your Rep today!
