Simrah Inamdar

As an Officer, I aim to create a more inclusive and supportive environment for all students, especially international students.

One of my main goals is to introduce a tailored orientation program specifically for international students to help ease their transition and make them feel welcome from day one.

I’m also passionate about improving awareness around mental health—many students aren’t aware of the support available on campus, and I want to change that through better communication and campaigns.

I’d love to see more intercultural events that celebrate the diversity of our student body and create opportunities for connection.

Lastly, I plan to work with NUS and RGSU on campaigns that address key issues like housing, the No Guarantor campaign, and enhancing the international student experience. I believe by working together and listening to students, we can make meaningful, lasting changes.
