Writer's Bloc

We are one of the University of Birmingham’s finest creative writing societies. We hold writing workshops and editing sessions for page, stage, and screen, host several different open mic nights and events, hold poetry slams and publish our own journal.

Our aim is to provide a safe and open environment for YOU to write, share and perform your writing.
