Green students are an affiliate group of the Young Greens which is the student and young people branch of the UK Green Party. Our society emphasises and reinforces the core values of the Green Party and Young Greens: Social justice, environmental justice, sustainability and democracy. We are however a distinct organisation who stands up for the views of our members on campus, even if these values and views contradict those of the national party.
We aim to hold meetings, activities and socials throughout term both on and off campus. We also aim to strongly support ongoing union struggles and disputes both on campus and in Birmingham.
