FAB Halloween statement

The tickets for this year’s FAB Halloween event sold out on 21st October and were removed from sale. However, on Saturday, we were made aware that more tickets were available to purchase. We are currently reviewing how this technical error meant that tickets for FAB Halloween were available to purchase online when they should not have been.

These additional tickets would have taken us over our venue capacity. Regretfully we had to turn some students away to ensure everyone's safety. 

We sincerely apologise for the confusion and inconvenience this has caused. Student welfare and safety is always our priority, and we are working through eligible refunds as quickly as possible.

We will be contacting affected students directly to resolve any outstanding issues.
