Here at the Guild of Students, we support over 350 incredible student groups, societies and associations!
Whether you're interested in activities and games, academic assistance, campaigning, volunteering, food & drink, religious beliefs, music, performance or media, there's bound to be something that will appeal to you - and if there isn’t, we can give you the help you need to set up a group that matters to you.
Whatever the most important thing in your life is, joining a student group is an amazing way to try something new, make some incredible friends, explore your favourite activities, pick up some handy skills and discover what you love whilst you’re on campus. You might just find the thing – or the people – that define your time at University or even transform your life!

UoB Student ID Cards: If you have one, please ensure that you bring your student ID card to this event and present this on entry. If you are a new student who hasn’t yet collected their Student ID Card, you can provide a member of staff with your 7 digit student ID number instead, which will have been emailed to you by the University. If you are not sure of your student ID number, don't worry, please still come to our event, but bring another form of photographic ID.
There is step-free access to and from the fair - please ask a member of staff to assist you if you need directions. The fair will be open from 10:30am-11am with reduced capacity and noise levels, for those who may find the general hours and crowds overwhelming.
