Welcome to Benchball!

Whether you've played benchball before or it's your first time, come and give it a go!

Our tasters are free so no need to worry about tickets, spaces are run on a first come, first served basis.

After the session, we are heading to the pub, so feel free to come along and meet your fellow benchballers!

How to find us:

Enter sport and fitness via the main entrance, and head to the receptionists. Let them know you are here for the benchball taster session and they will let you through the gates. The Munrow arena is on the left, so follow signs to arena 2.

If you need a hand, a member of committee will be in the lobby at the start of the session to help. You'll find them wearing our orange kit!

The Benchball Basics:

Starting with one member of your team on the bench, your aim is to be get your team on your bench before your opposing team

You may not move with the ball so you’ll have to work with your team to pass the ball up to your bench. If you pass to the bench and they catch the ball, you will join the bench, but only if they don't fall off!
