Come with us to the Engineering Summer Ball 2025 held at the Macdonald Burlington Hotel on June 4th 2025, 6:30-11pm.
Your ticket will include a 3 course meal, table drinks (alcoholic and non alcoholic options), welcome drink (alcoholic and non alcoholic options), photobooth access, photographer, dj and dancefloor!
Plus ones are welcome however, early bird tickets are limitted at 1 per person so plus ones will need a general sale ticket, and general sale tickets are limitted at 2 per person. This is not a MechSoc specific event - we welcome all the School of Engineering disciplines to the School of Engineering Summer Ball!
Please keep an eye out on your STUDENT emails to be sent a document for menu choices, drink options, name, seating choices, dietary requirements to your inbox after you have purchased a ticket in the upcoming weeks.
There will be no ticket refunds. If you choose to sell on your ticket, the original menu options, drinks, name tags etc. will not be changed. If you do not respond to the email, a menu choice will be selected to be accessible for all (for example, vegan and non-alcoholic).
