Join us for our Pole Taster Sessions, running across the first three Wednesdays of October. These beginner-friendly sessions are designed to introduce you to the basics of pole fitness in a safe, welcoming, and supportive setting. You’ll learn simple spins, holds, and moves while building confidence and meeting new people. Taster sessions are open to everyone – no dance or fitness background required. It’s a great way to see if pole is for you before signing up for regular classes!
Our sessions:
Wednesday 1st October - Underground - 11-12, 12-1, 1-2, 2-3
Wednesday 8th October - Underground - 11:30-12:30, 12:30-1:30, 1:30-2:30, 2:30-3:30
Wednesday 15th October - Dance Studio - 11:30-12:30, 12:30-1:30, 1:30-2:30, 2:30-3:30.
As our classes can get very busy and numbers are limited, please pre-book a session on our online booking form that will be posted on the UoB Pole Fitness Facebook page during welcome week in order to secure a place.
We recommend wearing clothing that allows easy movement in classes and arms & legs should be uncovered for grip. Do not moisturise/fake tan 24 hours before attending a pole class as this makes the poles slippy!
