Your interview gives you the chance to meet the hiring manager and some of the people you might work with, as well as ask any questions you have about the role.

Your interview is normally in person at the Guild but may be online via Teams. For an in-person interview you should arrive at Guild Reception 15 minutes before your stated interview time. Full details will be in your interview invitation.

Our dress code for interviews is smart casual, so please be comfortable but ready for an interview.

We appreciate you’ll be keen to know the outcome of your interview and we aim to inform all candidates as soon as we can once the hiring panel have made their decisions.

  • If you are unsuccessful, you will be notified of this via email from the Staff Savvy Recruitment portal.
  • If you are successful, you will be notified via the Staff Savvy Recruitment Portal and offered the role, which you can choose to accept or decline within the portal.

If you accept the job offer you will be prompted to create a Staff Savvy account with your details. Please complete this as soon as possible to get your account set up.

Before you can begin working for the Guild, you must provide proof of your right to work in the UK.
