Details
To work as part of the Guild Advice team to provide an excellent standard of customer service, creating a warm and friendly environment for students using the service. You will be the first point of contact for students visiting Guild Advice and will need to be able to; refer people appropriately as well as answer queries received by phone, email and in person.
This role offers you a range of opportunities to gain skills and experience including (not exclusively):
- Customer service skills
- Working as part of a team
- Handling sensitive and confidential information
- Written and verbal communication skills
You will be required to work 4 - 8 hours per week.
Please note that Guild Advice handles sensitive casework and this role encounters subject areas which some may find triggering.
This position is only available to students studying at the University of Birmingham until at least July 2026
